The basic management philosophy of MGM Realty Services stems from the premise that top-notch management is vital, if not, the most important part of the real estate investment process. Achieving exceptional results in today's complex real estate environment requires the commitment of a professional management team. Because of our commitment to excellence in property management, we have put together a team of individuals that are dedicated to being the best in their fields. Our starting point in designing a management program for a particular property is to first determine the Board of Director’s specific objectives. Mr. Martens is a TX Licensed Real Estate Broker and has been in the asset and property management business at both the local and national levels for over thirty years. Mr. Martens has extensive real estate experience in the areas of accounting, marketing/dispositions, valuation, leasing, financial analysis, construction management and budgeting. Mr. Martens takes a “hands on” approach to management and he maintains a high level of involvement with all properties managed by the company.
